This smoke permeable, biaxial oriented, shrinkable polymer sausage casing is made for automatic production of hot dogs, frankfurters, wieners and chorizo, and is ideal for automatic peeling and stuffing machines. It has a great smoke permeability to produce smoked sausages. There is no weight loss during cooking. Initial processing including paraffin treatment and soaking have been done in Pooshesh Tehran Navid Co. with high quality and final product is offered as “ready to use”. After peeling, the sausage product will appear with a very shiny and smooth surface.
